General Managers Report 2025

Dear Members,

For those I haven’t yet had the opportunity to meet, my name is Norm Richard and I am honored to serve as your General
Manager. As we begin a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together and share our
vision for the year ahead.

Our guiding principle remains clear:
“Building relationships while sustaining our communities.”

This commitment drives every decision we make—delivering quality products and personalized service while investing in the
communities we call home. From creating career opportunities to partnering with local businesses, our goal is to keep our
communities strong and vibrant for generations to come.

In 2025, Southland Co-op gave back over $125,000 to support our local communities. These contributions helped fund
programs, events, and initiatives that make a real difference where we live and work. Thank you for being part of that impact.
Looking ahead to 2026, our focus remains on people first. We are investing in leadership development, career coaching, and
long-term growth opportunities for our employees. When our team feels valued and supported, they deliver the best possible
experience for you, our members.
